Ingredients
- 1 Pound of Fresh French Green Beans
- 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Course Black Pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Place parchment paper on a 13 x 19 baking sheet (or something in that range).
- Rinse the green beans. Pat them dry.
- Toss the green beans in olive oil.
- Arrange the beans on a baking sheet. Try not to overlap the beans.
- Sprinkle the beans with salt and pepper.
- Roast for about 18 to 20 minutes.
- Let them cool before you enjoy!
